Nothing is more fun than experimenting with magnets! It is one of my students' favorite science activities. Magnets are so cool and intriguing. As early as 1st grade, students start to learn what types of materials are attracted to magnets. By third grade, standards require students to remember that magnets are attracted to the metals: iron, nickel, and cobalt. Have fun with Awesome Attraction!
